Today I picked up my giant 5' tulip to paint up pretty for the Tulip Festival.  I think this is going to be a fun project to work on.  I think it will have to be shades of PINK!!!!  So spring! 

Tonight is a busy arts night in Ottawa:  I am going to the Governor General Art Awards at the National Gallery, Karsh-Masson Gallery has a vernissage and so does Gallery 101.  I think there are others, but there is only so much cheese and veggie sticks a girl can eat.
