Here's a helpful article from the St John's NFLD newspaper regarding marshmallows. I seemed to have eaten alot of them while camping and this tip sheet was all the information I needed regarding summer campfire dessert. I'd like to consider myself a marshmallow roasting expert. It depends a lot of on quality of the fire, not unlike other crafts, such as pottery or glass blowing. I especially enjoy the tip about putting a small marshmallow in the tip of an ice cream cone.
