I have a pair of very old speed skates, seen here.  They are made only of leather, so they are not very warm, especially on the super cold days.  I made a pair of fuzzy skate cozies for them.  So not only do they look super cute, I think it will help keep my feet bit warmer.  I'm going to try them on the canal tomorow.  I also like the little detail 'heart' zippers.
